ALL SALES ARE FINAL<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">All course registrations, tuition payments, deposits, and fees are final and non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">PRP Seminars\u00ae provides professional continuing education services, instructional content, and live educational experiences. Once a registration is completed and payment is processed, the transaction is considered final.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal or professional circumstances.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>2. CREDIT IN LIEU OF REFUND (AT OUR DISCRETION)<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In limited circumstances, and solely at the discretion of <span class=\"s1\"><b>PRP Seminars\u00ae<\/b><\/span>, a course credit may be offered instead of a refund.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Credits are not guaranteed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Credits are non-transferable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Credits have no cash value<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Credits may be applied only to eligible future courses<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Credits typically expire 24 months from issuance unless otherwise stated in writing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Acceptance of a credit constitutes full resolution of the original transaction and an acknowledgment that the original payment remains non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>3. ATTENDANCE = FULL FULFILLMENT<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Attendance at any portion of a course, whether in-person or virtual, constitutes full delivery and fulfillment of services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Once a participant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Attends the course (in whole or in part), or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Accesses course materials, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Receives continuing education (CE) credit, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Is issued a CE certificate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u2026the service is considered fully rendered, and the transaction is final and non-refundable, with no eligibility for refund or reversal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>4. CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CREDIT CONFIRMATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Issuance of CE credit or a CE certificate is definitive proof that educational services were delivered and completed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">If CE credit has been issued:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">No refunds will be granted<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">No chargebacks are valid<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">No disputes based on non-delivery will be honored<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">CE issuance confirms attendance, participation, and fulfillment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>5. CANCELLATIONS &amp; NO-SHOWS<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Failure to attend a registered course, whether due to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Travel issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Scheduling conflicts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Emergencies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Illness<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Personal or professional reasons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u2026does not constitute grounds for a refund.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">No-shows forfeit the registration fee in full.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>6. CHARGEBACKS &amp; PAYMENT DISPUTES<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after registering, attending, accessing materials, or receiving CE credit constitutes a breach of this policy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>PRP Seminars\u00ae<\/b><\/span> will aggressively dispute all chargebacks and submit documentation including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Registration records<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Attendance verification<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">CE issuance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Email correspondence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Signed or acknowledged policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Course agendas and materials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Permanent removal from future programs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Revocation of access to materials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Notification to professional organizations when appropriate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>7. NO GUARANTEES OF OUTCOME<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">PRP Seminars\u00ae provides education and training only. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, financial results, practice growth, or skill mastery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Educational dissatisfaction does not constitute non-delivery of services and does not qualify for refunds or credits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>8. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT &amp; AGREEMENT<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">By registering for any <span class=\"s1\"><b>PRP Seminars\u00ae<\/b><\/span> course, the participant acknowledges and agrees that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">They have read and understood this policy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">All sales are final<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Attendance and CE issuance constitute full fulfillment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Refunds are not offered<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Credits are discretionary and not guaranteed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Chargebacks are prohibited after service delivery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">This policy applies regardless of payment method, including credit card, debit card, ACH, wire, or financing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>9.
