REFUND, CANCELLATION & CREDIT POLICY

PRP Seminars®

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All course registrations, tuition payments, deposits, and fees are final and non-refundable.

PRP Seminars® provides professional continuing education services, instructional content, and live educational experiences. Once a registration is completed and payment is processed, the transaction is considered final.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal or professional circumstances.

2. CREDIT IN LIEU OF REFUND (AT OUR DISCRETION)

In limited circumstances, and solely at the discretion of PRP Seminars®, a course credit may be offered instead of a refund.

• Credits are not guaranteed

• Credits are non-transferable

• Credits have no cash value

• Credits may be applied only to eligible future courses

• Credits typically expire 24 months from issuance unless otherwise stated in writing

Acceptance of a credit constitutes full resolution of the original transaction and an acknowledgment that the original payment remains non-refundable.

3. ATTENDANCE = FULL FULFILLMENT

Attendance at any portion of a course, whether in-person or virtual, constitutes full delivery and fulfillment of services.

Once a participant:

• Attends the course (in whole or in part), or

• Accesses course materials, or

• Receives continuing education (CE) credit, or

• Is issued a CE certificate

…the service is considered fully rendered, and the transaction is final and non-refundable, with no eligibility for refund or reversal.

4. CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CREDIT CONFIRMATION

Issuance of CE credit or a CE certificate is definitive proof that educational services were delivered and completed.

If CE credit has been issued:

• No refunds will be granted

• No chargebacks are valid

• No disputes based on non-delivery will be honored

CE issuance confirms attendance, participation, and fulfillment.

5. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Failure to attend a registered course, whether due to:

• Travel issues

• Scheduling conflicts

• Emergencies

• Illness

• Personal or professional reasons

…does not constitute grounds for a refund.

No-shows forfeit the registration fee in full.

6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after registering, attending, accessing materials, or receiving CE credit constitutes a breach of this policy.

PRP Seminars® will aggressively dispute all chargebacks and submit documentation including but not limited to:

• Registration records

• Attendance verification

• CE issuance

• Email correspondence

• Signed or acknowledged policies

• Course agendas and materials

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent removal from future programs

• Revocation of access to materials

• Notification to professional organizations when appropriate

7. NO GUARANTEES OF OUTCOME

PRP Seminars® provides education and training only. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, financial results, practice growth, or skill mastery.

Educational dissatisfaction does not constitute non-delivery of services and does not qualify for refunds or credits.

8. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By registering for any PRP Seminars® course, the participant acknowledges and agrees that:

• They have read and understood this policy

• All sales are final

• Attendance and CE issuance constitute full fulfillment

• Refunds are not offered

• Credits are discretionary and not guaranteed

• Chargebacks are prohibited after service delivery

This policy applies regardless of payment method, including credit card, debit card, ACH, wire, or financing.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which PRP Seminars® is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
